Mighty Mites is the first level in our Pre Team Program. Pre Team is a year-round, invitation only program that focuses on strength, flexibility, and basic gymnastics skills.

USAG Copper is the second level in our Pre Team program. Pre Team is a year-round, invitation only program focuses on strength, flexibility, and basic gymnastics skills. We have 3 Levels of Pre Team that in age and skill level.

This is the first competitive level in our Pre Team/XCEL program, they compete in 2/3 competitions in the months of February/March. USAG Bronze is the final level in our Pre Team Program before they transition to our XCEL or AAU teams. In USAG Bronze we continue to focus on strength, flexibility, and basic gymnastics skills.
